1. The Petitioner has come to this Court at the stage of receiving of the notice dated 5th March, 2015 under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Act) for the Assessment Year (AY) 2011-12. The Petitioner has not even replied to the said notice. It is too early a stage for this Court to be interfering. In case the Petitioner has not already replied to the notice, reply be filed within four weeks as a last chance. The proceedings will continue thereafter in accordance with law.
