This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 1st November, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraphs-3, 4 and 7 of the order 1st November, 2022, instead of mentioning the number of vehicle bearing "Registration No.OD02-AP-9009, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Registration No.OD-02-AP-0009", which needs correction.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 1st November, 2022 be corrected accordingly.

In view of such correction, time fixed for the Petitioner to deposit 50% of the outstanding dues in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-02-AP-9009 is extended for a further
// 2 // period of four weeks hence. Rest part of the order dated 1st November, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
