The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 29th December, 2021 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter though presented on 04.04.2016, listed on 7.04.2016 and on 08.04.2016, the case was adjourned by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo dated 28.07.2022 seeking liberty to withdraw the writ petition. The said memo is taken on record.
