3. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief.
"To quash the impugned Notice No.4433/PSC dated 23.9.2015 under Annexure-11 passed by the Secretary, Odisha Public Service CommissionRespondent No.2.
To direct the respondents to declare the result of the viva voce test of the Applicant held on 29.9.2015 in pursuant to the Advertisement No.6 of 2013-14 for Recruitment to the post of Junior Lecturer in History in OES (Group-B) under the Higher Education Department and in the event the Applicant has passed viva voce test and/or scored qualifying marks, then this Learned Tribunal may direct the respondents to appoint the applicant in the post o Junior Lecturer in History in OES (Group-B) under the Higher Education Department pursuant to Advertisement No.6 of 201314." 4.
Mr.
Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the meantime the process of selection has been completed and the selected candidates have been provided with appointment. Since there is no interim
// 2 // order and none of the selected candidates has been made a party to the Writ Petition, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be allowed.
