This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging inaction of the competent authority even after direction of the High Court. 2.
Mr. S.P. Panda, learned counsel for the Opposite PartyContemnor submits that in a development in the meantime not only the case of the Petitioner has been attained to, but there has also been correction of the Record of Rights through Offline mode. 3.
Mr. A.Ch. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner however submits that his client has no such information about such development.

Be that as it may, keeping in view the statement made by Mr. S.P. Panda, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor, this Court directs the Opposite Party-Contemnor to communicate the outcome of the proceeding involved herein to the Petitioner at least within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 5.
The Contempt Petition stands dropped.
