Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears and submits, named alleged contemner is no longer holding the office.

Mr. Swain submits, in the circumstances he would want to withdraw the contempt application, with liberty to file afresh, impleading present person holding the office. 3.
