1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail allegedly for her involvement in the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/294/323/506/313/34, I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur in G.R. Case No.2201 of 2022 corresponding to Berhampur Mahila P.S. Case No.170 of 2022 within a period of three weeks' from today, she shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the
// 2 // said court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned .
4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
