The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order No. 2466 dated 28.03.2016 issued by Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition and direct the Opposite Parties to issue engagement/appointment order in his favour in the post of Hindi Teacher under Opposite Party No.3 within a stipulated time, since juniors to the Petitioner in the merit list have been extended with engagement/appointment orders.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation on 18.04.2016 to opposite party No.1 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner dated 18.04.2016 vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
