Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the Petitioners have a Review Petition pending, for the opinion of this Court until unless the Review Petition is disposed of, there should not be disbursement of the surplus land. On recording the statement of learned counsel for the Petitioner that Revenue Misc. Case filed in 2021 is still pending for final outcome before the SubDivisional Magistrate/ Sub Collector, Nuapada, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Nuapada not to allot the land involved until the Revenue Misc. Case No.01 of 2021 is decided. 3.
Considering the long pendency of the Revenue Misc. Case No.01 of 2021, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Appellate Authority for finality of such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order by the Petitioner. In the meantime there should not be disbursement of surplus land, if it is not already disposed of in the meanwhile.
