This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the respondents to regularize the services of the applicants as against Class-IV posts since funds and works are available and several regular vacancies of Class-IV are available.

(ii) And further be pleased to direct the respondents to pay remuneration as per equal pay for equal work. (iii) And further be pleased to direct the respondents that after regularization of services to give all consequential service benefits".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 12.06.2015 under Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.2 but till date

// 2 // nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
