This writ petition involves the following prayer: "
PRAYER Therefore it is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to admit the petition, issue notice to the Opposite Parties to show cause and after hearing the parties, be pleased to allow the petition, issue direction / writ / appropriate writs/ issue writ of mandamus directing refund of the security money with commercial interest till date of refund, with cost, with any other order / orders / directions as per law and for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-9 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into
// 2 // account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
