Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Pursuant to order dated 24.11.2022, Mr. B. Sahoo, I.I.C., Daspalla Police Station appears in persons before this Court through Video Conferencing Mode today.

In this CRLMP, the petitioner challenges the inaction of the police in registering the complaint filed by the petitioner as F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime, the complaint filed by the petitioner has already been registered as F.I.R., i.e., Daspalla P.S. Case No.262 of 2022. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner has been

Mr. Sahoo undertakes that he will complete the investigation in connection with the above noted P.S. Case within the reasonable time.

The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation without fail.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
