1. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Brahmani River Pellets Limited v. Kamachi Industries Limited (2020) 5 SCC 462, Mr. P. K. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Court.

2. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
