The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks for a direction to the opposite parties to take appropriate steps for recovery of the dowry articles as per the report dated 11.08.2022. 3.

In such view of the matter, the Gram Nyayalaya-cumJ.M.F.C., Odagaon is directed to take appropriate steps to ensure that the charge sheet be filed within the time without further delay.
