2. Heard Ms. Shukla, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. S.K. Purohit, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the State-Opp. parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"Direct the respondents to release the A.C.P/R.A.C.P to the applicant holding with entitled to receive the same and quash Annexure-7 & 8.
Hold and declare the appointment of the applicant as regular and pass such other/further order(s) /directions as deemed fit and proper by Your Lordships in the aforesaid facts & circumstances of this case.
And allow this Original Application."

It is submitted that during pendency of the matter, the petitioner has retired from service while continuing under District Education Officer, Sundargarh.
5. On the oral prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, she is permitted to implead D.E.O, Sundargarh as Opp. party No.6.

6. Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.6 within a period of three weeks from today. 7.
It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.6 in accordance with law within a further period of three months.

The order so passed by Opp. Party No.6 be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
