The Petitioner filed the OA converted to WPC (OAC) being aggrieved by non-grant of benefits of Junior Teacher and Regular Primary School Teacher, although he has been reinstated with continuity in his service vide order dated 24th April, 2015 passed by Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Puri (Opposite Party No.3).

When the matter is taken up today, Mr. A.K. Sa, counsel on behalf of Mr. D.N. Rath, counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner to revive the petition within a period of 30 days in case cause of action still subsists.
