This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

1. At the outset Mr. Samantaray states that the order dated 21st August, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.9649 of 2020 has been complied with as sanction of decretal dues u/s.18(1) of LA Act, 1894 amounting to Rs.28,67,960/-(Rupees Twenty Eight Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty) only in favour of Janakram Sahu of village-Anlajuba under UJIP, Dist-Nuapada in FA No.326/1994 arising out of MJC No.73/1993 has been granted and the payments made.

2. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
