This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of C.P. No.647 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous, as before further proceeding of the aforesaid case was stayed, the aforesaid proceeding was disposed of ex parte.

In view of such submission, the transfer petition stands disposed of being rendered infructuous.
