ORDER

11.11.2022 01.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner Dasami Rana has filed this writ petition challenging the appointment of opposite party no.5 Anjali Podh as Anganwadi Worker in Pandarani-II Anganwadi Centre under Loisingha Block.

Learned counsel for the petitioner though urged several points before this Court but Mr. Das, learned counsel for the State pointed out from the guidelines for the Anganwadi Workers issued by the Government

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to approach the Appellate Authority. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority.
