Heard Mr. S. Swain, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In this application, the petitioner-wife has prayed for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.224 of 2021 filed under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, by the opposite partyhusband in the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela, to the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner files the copy of the exparte order dated 22.03.2022 filed in Civil Proceeding No.224 of 2021 along with a memo and submits that in view of the disposal of the C.P. No.224 of 2021, this TRP(C) has become infructuous. The same be kept on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
