1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 29.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued by the learned Tribunal on 06.04.2016 admitting the Original Application. The O.A. was not listed/taken up after 27.06.2016 till it is listed today before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Government Advocate referring to the averments made in the writ petition submits that considering the nature of prayer made therein, i.e., permission to allow the petitioner to pursue the Post Graduate Course in the year 2016, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.
