1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 24.11.2022 passed by this Court in CRLMP No.2211 of 2022.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the direction paragraph of the aforesaid order, the words "I.I.C., Mancheswar Police Station" have been wrongly reflected instead of "Chauliaganj Police Station, Cuttack".

// 2 // It also appears from the aforesaid order that numbers of paragraphs have not been reflected chronologically.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the I.A, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the words "I.I.C., Mancheswar Police Station" wrongly reflected in the direction paragraph be read as "Chauliaganj Police Station, Cuttack". Further, the numbers of paragraphs of the aforesaid order be read chronologically.

6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.

7. This I.A. is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
