1. Review of order dated 1st August, 2007 passed in O.A. No.23(S) of 1999 by learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Sambalpur Bench, Sambalpur is sought for by way of instant petition.

2. Mr. Ramanath Acharaya, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education submitted that order passed in 2007 being challenged in 2015, review petition is hopelessly barred by limitation.

3. Perusal of application for condonation of delay in filing review petition being L.P. No.17 of 2017 shows that the delay of 7 years is sought to be condoned. The reason ascribed for is that this Court while disposing of W.P.(C) No.7893 of 2014 on 13th August, 2014 granted liberty to file review. The said order is quoted hereunder:- "Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to approach the Orissa Administrative Tribunal. A memo to that effect so filed in Court today be kept on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Orissa

// 2 // Administrative Tribunal along with a limitation application and in that event the Tribunal shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law."

4. At the time of hearing, none appeared for the Petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid situation, and there being no reasonable cause shown, this Court does not warrant it necessary to entertain the present review petition filed after 7 years from the date of order of the learned Tribunal, which was passed way back in 2007.

6. In consequence of dismissal of L.P. No.17 of 2017, the delay being not condoned, the RVWPET is dismissed.
