This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to include their names in the common cadre of lecturers constituted under Section 10C of the Odisha Education Act, 1969, as they have availed the full salary cost and are serving fully Aided College under Direct Payment Scheme.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-7 series and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of Amit Kumar Pattnayak v. State of Odisha, 2013 (II) OLR 332, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of Amit Kumar Pattnayak v. State of Odisha, 2013 (II) OLR 332, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
