1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. By means of this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest on the alleged offence under Sections 498-A/304-B/302/34, I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act in connection with G.R. Case No.3115 of 2021 arising out of Satyabadi P.S. Case No.397 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri.

3. Having regard to the seriousness of the allegations made in the F.I.R., gravity of the offence and the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
