Looking to the nature of dispute raised in Annexure-4 and for the opinion of this Court that once a document is extended, registration of such document is only to be assessed by the Civil Forum, this Court declines entertain the writ petition at this stage and directs, if the Petitioner is so advised, may approach the competent Court of law for resolution of the dispute involved herein.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. 4.
