Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks to involve the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court in connection with Ainthapali P.S. Case No.155 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1115 of 2022 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 420/34, I.P.C.

In such view of the matter, the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur is directed to take appropriate steps to ensure that the charge sheet be filed within two months from today. 4.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
