1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. By means of this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the Petitioner seeks an anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest on the alleged offence under Section 409, I.P.C. in connection with C.T. Case No.1132 of 2022 arising out of Bhawanipatna Town P.S. Case No.430 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna.

3. Having regard to the seriousness of the allegations made in the F.I.R., gravity of the offence and the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer application stands rejected.

4. The ABLAPL is dismissed.
