Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-3 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners but however involving all parties likely to be affected.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
