01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Mansingh, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. YSP Babu, learned AGA appearing for the State-Opp. Parties.

3. The present writ Petition has been filed challenging the communication dtd.27.01.2016 under Annexure-1, wherein S.P., Kendrapara was directed to take appropriate action on the F.I.R. lodged by the B.D.O., Rajkanika. It is submitted that in the meantime the Petitioner was arrested in the said criminal case arising out of the F.I.R. lodged by the B.D.O., Rajkanika.

4. In view of that the prayer made in the writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
