Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties, more particularly opposite party no.2 to finalize the pension case of the petitioner and grant final pension and revision of salary under ORSP Rules.

As it appears, the representation of the petitioner has been forwarded by the Sr. Administrative Officer, DMET, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to the Administrative Officer, SCB Medical College, Cuttack on 15.07.2022 under Annexure-2, which is still pending before the said authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.6 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the Sr. Administrative Officer, DMET, Odisha, Bhubaneswar under Annexure-2, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of two months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
