This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to set aside Order No.4804 dated 7th October, 2022 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Cuttack Division-II, CuttackOpposite Party No.2 allowing Sri Ananta Kumar Bal, Assistant Secretary of Bandalo PACS to temporarily work as Secretary-incharge of Bandalo PACS under Korei Block in addition to his own duties.
