Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners Order No.

and submits, his clients have been in possession of land for long years. They seek settlement of the land. They approached the Tahasildar, Jajpur but did not get the allotment. He refers to annexure-1 being a rent receipt in respect of the land, therein recorded under Kisam Anabadi.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. He submits, annexure-2 is representation

// 2 // dated 7th September, 2021 made to opposite party no.4. The representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and deal with petitioners' said representation dated 7th September, 2021 and in relation thereto any case that may have been initiated regarding their claim for allotment of land, claim to be in their possession. Petitioners will communicate this order along with copy of said representation to opposite party no.4. Result of the consideration/case must be made known to petitioners within six weeks therefrom. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
