This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 2144 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 2144 of 2016.

The relief sought for by the Petitioner in the case is that though he has been working as contractual employee for more than six years, his case was not considered for a regular post of Pharmacist.

Though the matter was listed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal on couple of dates, the matter did not proceed at the behest of counsel for the Petitioner. 5.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. It is deemed that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue this matter any further.
