Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction to correct the ROR in respect of Khata No.279 in mouza Dhinkia under Kumjang tahasil in the district of Jagatsinghpur, which has been recorded in the names of Dharamu Kandi and Naran Kandi, sons of Gopi Kandi.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy for correction of the ROR.

Considering the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
