This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for correction of typographical error crept in last but one line of para-5 of order dated 1st November, 2022, by which the CMP was disposed of. 3.

On perusal of order sought to be corrected reveals that the mistake is inadvertent one. While directing learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack not to grant unnecessary/long adjournment, the word 'not' after the word 'shall' as appears in last but one line of para-5 of the said order has been inadvertently left out.

Accordingly, necessary correction as discussed above be carried out in the body of order dated 1st November, 2022. The same correction may also be carried out in the certified copy of the order dated 1st November, 2022 produced by learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court.

The order dated 1st November, 2022 is modified to the above extent only. Rest part of the said order remains unaltered. 6.

The IA is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
