2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to quash the impugned order dated 6.1.2016 as at Annexure-3 Direct/order that the respondents shall take a final decision on the proposal for confirming regularization of the applicants within a stipulated period before considering the proposal submitted in favour of Gomitras."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioners are permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 individually in that regard within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representations are filed by the Petitioners ventilating their grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the

// 2 // Petitioner No.2, who will share such information to other petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
