2. This application has been filed by the petitioner-husband under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of D.V. (Crl.) M.C. No.96 of 2019 filed by the opp. party-wife under Section 12 (i) of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack.

3. Mr. T.Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal of the transfer petition wherein it has been stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties for which the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case.

4. Considering the above averments, the TRP (CRL) is dismissed, as withdrawn.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
