1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 341/323/294/379/506/34 IPC.
3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.360 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 439 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Rajnagar within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they shall appear in person before the court below
// 2 // on each date of posting of the case subject to verification of criminal antecedent, if any, against the Petitioners. In case of criminal antecedent of serious nature in more than one case is noticed the present order shall not be given effect to and the learned court below shall consider the application for bail on its own merit.
