Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within three days.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash/modify the office order dated 17.06.2022 under Annexure-13 so far as it relates to the date of regularization of service of the petitioner by regularizing his service against the sanctioned approved post of Hindi Teacher with effect from 28.02.2004 along with all other financial and consequential benefits in terms of Resolution dated 28.02.2004 keeping in view the recommendation made under Annexure-4 series and 6 and the law decided in Harapriya Patra v State of Odisha (WPC (OAC) No. 2709 of 2016). 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-14 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, taking into consideration Annexure-15 series, to which learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department has no objection. 5.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ

petition directing the opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-14, taking into consideration Annexure-15 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
