This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.498 of 2016 (C) was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.498 of 2016. 3.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner is entitled to be promoted from retrospective date to the post of Headmaster and he is entitled to all consequential benefits. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, the relief prayed for has been allowed and therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
