This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 03.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11933 of 2020.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the issue involved in this Contempt Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Rashmi Rekha Dash v. State of Odisha & another [W.P.(C) No.16906 of 2020 disposed of on 23.11.2021]. It is further submitted that State has preferred a writ
appeal before the Division Bench of this Court against the said judgment and in the said writ appeal, the Division Bench of this Court has stayed the operation of the aforesaid judgment. 4.
Considering such submission, the contempt petition is disposed of.
5.
However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court at appropriate time.
