ORDER

28.7.2022 1 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 29.12.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was taken up along with O.A. No. 1401(C) of 2016 and batch of cases notices were issued on 11.4.2016 in a batch of OAs directing the State to file counter. The O.A. No. 1401(C) of 2016 having been transferred to this Court is also listed today before this Court.

4. On the said date, the following interim order was passed : "So far as prayer for interim order is concerned, pendency of the O.As are no bar for the State Respondents to consider to allow the applicants to continue in service till disposal of the OAs and action taken on the basis of the impugned orders shall be subject to result of the O.As."

Thereafter the matter was once listed on 27.4.2016, taken up on 29.4.2016. After 29.4.2016 the matter was never taken up/pursued nor there is any further pleading by any of the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of for lack prosecution from the petitioner.
