This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The present bail application has been filed by the self-same petitioner, who had earlier filed ABLAPL No.11986 of 2022, which was disposed of by order dated 22.09.2022.

On perusal of the order dated 22.09.2022, it appears that although the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court, he has not avail the same. Further, he has filed the present bail application and the second bail application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as not maintainable. 5.

Considering the submissions made, it is further directed that four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and avail the benefit of the order dated 22.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL 11986 of 2022 subject to conditions as stated in the said order. ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge Jagabandhu
