This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the 2nd show cause notice issued by the Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-1.

It is submitted that in the meantime the Petitioner has already submitted reply to the said show cause. 5.

It is also prayed that necessary direction be issued to the Opposite parties to take a decision on the same by giving a personal hearing to the Petitioner.

In view of such submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.2 to pass an appropriate order by considering the reply submitted to the

// 2 // show cause issued under Annexure-1 and by giving personal hearing to the Petitioner.
