01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In the above facts and circumstance, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to admit this O.A, call for the records, issue notice to the Respondents to show cause and after hearing the parties pass following relief:- (i) To allow this application by directing the respondents to take necessary steps to continue the engagement of the applicant in accordance with law.
(ii) To direct the Respondents not to abolish the post of the applicant in view of the Health & Family Welfare Department order No6546/H/SCH-I-Med-25/2014 dated 2.4.2016.
(iii) To cancel the Heath & Family Welfare Department order No-6546/H/SCH-I-Med25/2014 dated 2.4.2016 & letter No-6562/H & FW/MSNG-III-M-02/2016 dated 2.4.2016.
// 2 // (iv) To direct the Opp. Parties to redeploy the applicant on priority basis against newly created post i.e. 5120 numbers of post Paramedics vide Health & Family Welfare Department order No-6546/H/SCH-I-Med25/2014 dated 2.4.2016, as he has Diploma in Pharmacy qualification and much more experience since more that two years.
(v) To consider and to dispose the representation of the applicant dated 11.4.2016 within the stipulated period.
(vi) To pass any other relief/reliefs to which the applicant is entitled to, which the Hon'ble Tribunal deems just and proper in the interest of justice."
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.
5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
