Grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the authorities, namely, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Elect), TPCODL, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2 and the Junior Engineer, TPCODL, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.3 in supplying electricity to her residential house. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mahato, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
