Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client was allotted under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) scheme.

She made construction. Payment of bills are in arrears. She prays for direction upon opposite party no.2 to disburse the arrears. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner be directed to make representation before opposite party no.2. If it is made, it will be duly considered.

Petitioner is directed to make representation to opposite party no.2 and also communicate this order. Said opposite party will consider the representation and inform petitioner the result within four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
