Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients seek relief on suffering fury of super cyclone 'Fani'. His clients are similarly placed as petitioner in W.P.(C) no.5304 of 2021, dealt with by order dated 24th February, 2021 of coordinate Bench. Same order be passed in the writ petition. 2.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State.

Petitioners are directed to file individual representation before the Collector detailing their damage and claim within a period of three weeks from date. If such representation are filed individually by petitioners, they shall be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with

// 2 // the scheme of the government, within six weeks of the filing. Reasoned orders are to be passed.
