This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for cancellation of bail of the opposite party no.2 granted by this Court in BLAPL No.22 of 2019 as per order dated 17.04.2019 which arises out C.T. Case No.962 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar.

Since the earlier CRLMA application of the petitioner in CRLMA No.422 of 2019 for selfsame relief has been dismissed as per order dated 09.04.2021, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
